Parent Comments While there are valid goals in this IEP, the lack of formal visits of the TVI and aggressive development of habits surrounding the aids resulted in the student's using his aids less than he should.

This IEP ran from the spring of pre-k to the spring of Kindergarten. At the time of this IEP, the student was in pre-k in the mornings. By scheduling training with aids the spring of Pre-k, it eliminated the need for the student to be removed from Kindergarten to be trained on his aids. This was very beneficial. Parent wanted to limit the amount of time student is removed from regular classroom.
